Can I track my order?

The tracking number can be found in the confirmation email you have received!

What if my order is lost or arrives damaged?

ou are 100% protected. Every Dernholt order is Tracked & Protected. If your package is lost in transit or any item arrives damaged, we will ship a brand-new replacement immediately at no extra cost to you. Your journey with us is worry-free.

Are there any shipping costs?

For orders below €69, a shipping fee of €4.90 applies, depending on the selected shipping method.

All orders exceeding €69 qualify for free delivery. Customers may also choose to upgrade to express shipping at the applicable rates for the available alternative methods.

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email to support@dholtdesign.com. We will see what is still possible. Once the order is handed over to transport firm, it will not be possible to change your order.

All orders can be returned within 14 days.

We give you 14 days return right! Once we have received the order return, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
