Stock Availability

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Fulfillment & Delivery

All orders will be shipped from Sweden, the USA, or the UK. We cooperate with PostNord, USPS, and Royal Mail for all handling and transport of orders. You also have the option to choose between PostNord Standard or Express as your delivery method.

The exact point of delivery and transit time depend on the destination country. Normally, shipments are delivered directly to your doorstep and take 2–7 business days (subject to destination rates and timelines above). Please note that we are unable to influence customs handling times for packages.

Import Duties & Taxes

All import duties & taxes are paid within the European Union. Import duties and taxes for shipments outside the European Union may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

Refused Deliveries & Uncollected Packages

Refused Customs Charges: If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country, the goods will be returned to Dholt Design at your expense. You will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of return shipping. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

Unclaimed Service Point Packages: If an order is delivered to a service point and is not picked up, the goods will be returned to Dholt Design at your expense. You will receive a refund for the value of the goods, minus the cost of return shipping and an administrative fee of €9.90. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
